Awful customer service. We moved out our rental Mid May and 2 months later we still have yet to receive our deposit back. Also we had many issues with our rental and it took weeks to get issues fixed. Do not rent from this company

If you are selling a house or a family member's house or have foundation issues, call KC Property Guys! I never write reviews, but the experience with Eric and KC Property Guys was so great, I felt compelled to write this.We were selling my mother's house with foundation issues, and had many other groups give a bid on the house. Eric was the most fair, professional, and easy to work. It could not have gone any better. Every step of the process happened the way he described it - we could close whenever we wanted, the offer was cash and we could leave whatever items behind in the house. The BEST experience with the Owner Eric. My Mothers house had a lot of foundation issues, he gave us a VERY fair price and we sold it “as is”. The closing went thru flawlessly with no issues whatsoever. He did exactly what he said he would do and allowed us to leave anything we didn’t want or need in the house and he removed / donated the rest for us. Eric was great to work with, very professional, and I feel the offer I got for my property was fair.I purchased my parents home in Olathe years ago, after hitting retirement between health and financing living in a house became more of a burden than pleasure. Initially the thought was to do some updates ourself and place the home on the market. A basement flood quickly changed that. Eric came by while the flood clean up crew was on site doing their thing viewed the house and was able to make an offer. Without having to put any additional money into the house, I feel I got out of it about what I would had I gone with a Realtor after paying all of their fees. And I didn't have to deal with any of the headaches of showing the house or buyer demands. KC Property Guys are great! My parents needed to move in with us and we needed to sell their house as is. There was major repairs and updates.
