Compensation – Commission:
$40,000 – $140,000
Responsibilities:
- Mastering lead conversion tactics.
- Leads are warm and are generated for you.
- Manage leads in our company’s CRM.
- Build rapport with the buyer, overcome objections and negotiate the contract.
- Showing properties and working with residential buyers.
- Be spontaneous and a go getter.
- Have great communication with your clients as well as your team.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in Kansas.
- This candidate is a fast starter, is highly money motivated and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career.
- A professional, sharp person who understands that success comes with hard work and tenacity.
- This person is teachable and is always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or by whatever means possible.
