Today we’re actually out in Raymore, Missouri, and we’re going to be looking at a house that is getting another full rehab and full demo on the inside as well as the exterior. We’re wanting to bring you guys along for that journey and see how it goes. Let’s jump right into this Raymore rehab with the President of KC Pier in Kansas City Property Guys, Eric Scheele, who’s going to give us the low down on this house. So let’s do it.
Raymore, Missouri Full Rehab
Hey, today we’re out in Raymore, Missouri and we are in the rough end stage of an assist to sell home that originally, the homeowners who inherited the house through an estate had called me to talk about a cash offer. Once we sat down, we walked, we laid out two or three different options for them, they ultimately chose to partner with KC Property Guys, and this is ultimately what we’re dealing with now. So we’re here to start the journey, as Lucas will come in and check in on this home every two or three weeks, but we’re going to introduce it to you today.
This particular house is what we call an assist to sell. This is a time where it gets creative, real estate gets involved, and we do partnering services between our homeowners and our KCPG Realty Group, our KC Pier, if needed for foundation work, and KC Property Guys with the rehab crews and getting them involved as needed to ultimately build this house up, rehab it, get it on the market and get it sold.
