The Results
And so what we’ve done is we’ve gone through the complete rehab. We’ve got it ready for market with Team KCPG. We ultimately staged it, which you can kind of see around us right now. And that’s our goal with KC Property Guys is to take this particular story from a family who had been here for 30 years, and we’re trying to get the house ready for the next 30 years, the next generational family. So they can raise their kids here, and they feel that they have a very good quality product that’s going to last them through their lifetime and their house time that they’re going to spend here.
